Iogear has announced the USB 2.0 External DVI Video Card, which makes it easy to add an extra screen to either a desktop or laptop computer.
The video card simply plugs into the USB port on the computer to install the included driver.
Up to six of the devices can be connected to a computer, but they have to be connected directly to a USB port, not via hub.
This allows users to add multiple monitors, with the advantage of being able to either stretch large documents over several displays, or have different windows open on each display.
The Iogear USB 2.0 External DVI Video Card is compatible with machines running both Windows XP and Vista operating systems.
The device comes with a three-year warranty and is available now from catalogue and online resellers, priced at $149.99.
