USB drive puffs up when full

Permalink: USB drive puffs up when full

The innovative Flashbag USB drive shows a user exactly how much free space it has. It is designed with a micro pump and literally expands in proportion to the amount of data it contains. It also keeps its shape when switched off - not so good for carrying around!

When the device is full an error message is displayed on the screen.

Flashbag USB drive, which is currently just a design concept, was developed by Russian designer Dima Komissarov, art-director at Lebrand Creative Russia.

Dima is an author of over 400 design works, including objects, visual identities, prints, web sites and interiors.
