Firebox.com has released a nifty USB gadget that will make life much easier the next time you lose your keys down the back of the sofa.
The USB Snakescope Camera has a semi-flexible insertion tube with a camera on the end capable of producing images in VGA quality (640×480), and adjustable twin LEDs.
The tube is strong enough to use in environments such as garages and workshops, and has a clip-on magnet for retrieving metal objects such as screws.
It can even be used under water, as the camera and cable are waterproof.
The USB Snakescope camera includes software that allows the user to view, edit and save recordings on a Windows PC, and costs just £29.99.
