Sony Ericsson revealed two new USB modems at Communicasia 2008 in Singapore - the MD400 and MD400g - their first modems to offer high speed mobile broadband (HSPA).
The modems provide download speeds of 7.2Mbps, and 2.0Mbps upload speeds.
Both modems feature a combined M2 Memory Stick Micro, microSD slot, in-built antenna, and additional swivel antenna to optimise performance.
The MD400g also has features an integrated GPS receiver.
The modems will go on sale in Q4 2008.
