Retell Ltd, the Sunbury on Thames based call recording specialist, has widened its range of low cost call recording solutions with the launch of Soft Recorder4USB. The device records calls directly to the hard drive of a PC.

Soft Recorder4USB is designed to meet the requirements of customers with a limited number of PC’s. It allows up to eight separate users to record from any type of handset to one shared central PC via USB connection.

A starter module for one desk is available at a price of around £276; a four port module retails at around £1,100 and additional modules up to a maximum of eight can be purchased at £276.
