Intex Technologies, the IT Hardware company that is headquartered in New Delhi, has launched the Intex UFD 512 Slim USB disk, a complete package for mobile storage and multimedia solutions.

The 32X24mm multipurpose 512 MB USB disk is only 2.1mm thick. It is termed a ‘3C’ card, as it uses a traditional USB disk, MMC/ SD card and mobile/ PDA card.

The disk has USB 2.0 speed, and offers high storage, download and transfer multimedia solutions for use in machines and gadgets such as PCs, mobiles, handycams, digicams and DVD players.

Photographs, MP3 music and videos can be directly transferred or copied to the Intex ‘3C’ card for use on PCs or cell phones. The product is priced at Rs 1200.

Intex Technologies plans to introduce 1GB and 2 GB variants of the product soon.
