Pinnacle announces USB HDTV flash stick

Pinnacle Systems has released a PCTV DVB-T Flash Stick which combines a USB TV tuner and 1GB flash memory.

Everything needed to watch and record TV is preinstalled on the USB stick, including the TV tuner and personal video recorder, so there is no need to install software on the PC.

The stick is simply plugged into the PC’s USB 2.0 connector and connected to the antenna and HDTV is ready to watch.

The included software saves the stream into space-saving DivX format but at 1GB, there still isn’t room to store many shows on the device.

The Pinnacle PCTV DVB-T Flash Stick comes with a mini remote and an antenna.
